Background: Tamarindus Indica is a fruite bearing tree native to South-East Asia India.This tree flowers in spring and its fruites ripen in winter. Tamarind fruit has skin ( outer layer ), pulp ( inner layer) and the seeds. These seeds are flat and of irregular shapes mostly oval.
