Flutech has developed fully automatic Swaging machine, operated by hydraulic system and controlled by PLC. The machine is of vertical design and has female chuck to receive the job. After placing the job in chuk which is rotated hydraulically, a tailstock operated hydraulically presses at center. Thus concentricity is maintained with respect to outer periphery.
