LPG Equipment: LPG Sheet Metal Components such as pan support, clamps and body are manufactured out of Stainless Steel Sheet and CRC Sheets. Then polished and buffed or powder coated in a black color for a long life. Pipes are manufactured out of good steel tubes. The Brass Gas Cocks are forged and machined as per the design required by the LPG Appliance. Nozzles and plugs are corm plated for a long life which are fitted on the Gas Tubes end.
Fasteners: These parts are manufactured out of high tensile strength material with a high carbon and hardened as per the requirement of the fasteners. The other turned components are manufactured on highly Automatic Machines and CNC Machines with a good accuracy like High tolerances. These components are also manufactured in Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, rods as well as castings. To fit as per the required design and generally used in all the OEM's and after market.
