About Us Deeba Dies & Tools originally started as United Diamond Wires Dies, which was established in 1956 and was a leading wire drawing die manufacturer of its time. United Diamond Wires Dies diversified into different business segments and lost a substantial share of its dies market. In 1998, our founder Mohd. Ayub left United Diamond Wires Dies and established his own company Deeba Dies. The new company’s prime focus was to manufacture high quality wire drawing dies. Solid enameling dies with tungsten carbide, diamond and PCD Insert The enameling die helps you consistently make an accurate and even enamel coating thickness on round wires thereby improving insulation capacity and reducing enamel expenditure and pollution. Deeba dies and tools makes enameling dies with diamond, PCD and tungsten carbide inserts which are used in the enameling copper wire industry. The perfect profile of our dies ensures uniform coating and smooth and continuous flow of enamel on the copper wire.
We also supply natural diamond powder which is used in cutting and polishing of wire drawing dies and cutting and drilling tools. We supply natural diamond powder in all sizes. Sizes Available : 0-1/4, 0-1, 0-2, 2-4, 4-8, 6-12, 10-15, 30-40, 80-100, 100-150.
Extrusion Tips are manufactured with PCD, Natural Diamond & Tungsten Carvide in hardened steel or solid tool steel. These are manufactured to high concentricity close toleranses & good surface finish to give longer performance in the cable manufacture. Extrusion Dies are made of solid Tungsten Carbide, tool steel and hastelloy etc. We use high-speed manchines to grind the critical angles and special techniques to give mirror finish, which guarantees the highest performance in the cable manufacture.
Natural diamond dies produce the finest quality wire and are the most expensive. The core of a natural diamond die is made using industrial grade diamond stones that are mined from the earth. Each stone is selected, cut and sorted into a workable size. Natural diamond dies are mostly used for final sizes and for producing very fine wires. They are also used for producing wires of excellent surface finish. The downside with natural diamond dies is that they wear unevenly and this has an adverse effect on the useful life of the die. The uneven wear is because of undetectable defects in the
