Duralast Dampener: Completely stable and has a finely ground finish. Highly polished, blemish-free surface; provides better water and ink control for a sharper dot. Excellent resilience with grinding tolerance less than 15 microns. Easy to clean and unaffected by any kind of climate. Allows dampener speed to be reduced. Resists swelling, shrinking and hardening in all offset environments. Rubber with hardness of 20-26 Shore A is directly bonded on the spindle.
Alcohol Dampening Duralast Roller: Durable and successfully runs on all printing machines with alcohol dampening systems. Special elastomer that is designed to stay softer for a longer period. Resists shrinking, swelling and abrasion. Resists hardening even when continually exposed to isopropyl alcohol and substitutes. Achieves a fine thickness on its surface and on the plate, resulting in optimum fountain solution on the plate i.e. ultimately reduces paper stretching. Crypton Duralast Oscillator: Characterized by a remarkably smooth micro-finish cast surface that has a superior tack, better resistance to cut and abrasions and requires less frequent setting. The smooth, cast poly x surface reduces glazing and resists ink particles, thus making wash up faster and easier. Grinding accuracy less than 15 microns.
Ink Duralast Roller: Joint-less, totally free from pinholes and foreign particles. Great tensile strength, better dimensional and hardness stability. Resistant to oil, abrasion and requires less frequent setting. Low heat build-up at high speed offset machines. Extremely close-grained, finely ground surface that washes up quickly; splits ink film accurately and gives a perfect and even ink distribution. Better ink pick-up and impervious to ink penetration. Grinding tolerance of less than 15 microns. Excellent resilience.
