This bamboo Salt is manufactured under the instruction of Korean Intangible Cultural Property. Sun-dried sea salt which is produced in clear west sea of Korea is put in Bamboos. Bamboos with sun-dried sea salt are roasted and melted at 850 1500 degree C in clay furnace by pine tree. Roasted salt rock is grinded.
