Temp. range from ambient to 70 degree c. is controlled by “JUMO�/ “EGO� GERMAN capillary type thermostat with an accuracy of +- 5 degree c. (a) Automatic water cut off device in case water supply is stoped.This is a solid state transistorized device which automatically keeps watch on regular supply of water in the flask and keeps the heaters On only when the water supply is normal. It automatically cuts OFF the supply of heaters from the mains when the water supply get disturbed and thus prevents the burning of heating element/melting of glass coil. Heaters would automatically be switched ON when the water comes to normal.

The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sun mica clad. Interior surfaces Epoxy painted for its longer life. The work table is made of thick board which is sun mica clad at top. Side panels are made out of thick transparent plexi glass duly framed. The unit is fitted with pre-fitter and HEPA-fitter. Air is drawn through highly effective HEPA fitters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Using a dynamic balancing machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor of ¼ H.P. capacity operates with minimum noise level. The working area is illuminated by fluorescent   lighting fitted to the unit. The height of working table provides a comfortable “SIT DOWNâ€� working position for the operator. In addition to the above features of a standard vertical laminar flow bench, the “MBâ€� bio-state cabinets have arrangement for re-circulating a part of the air thus creating highest level of clean air. The unit is also convertible to the conventional vertical laminar flow bench with downward air flow by lifting the sliding front door upwards. Air is sucked through pre-fitter and the excess air is thrown out from the top by means of a COMPUTER FAN fitted at the top of the unit and is let out through a HEPA fitter of a size 1’x1’x6â€�.

This the most versatile low temperature indicator for biochemical oxygen demand determination. Caster wheel mounted cabinet is double walled with inner chamber Of anodized aluminum of stainless steel and outer casing of M.S. sheet duly painted. The gap of 75 m.m. between the outer and the inner wall is filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses. Triple walled back of the unit is fitted with two air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniform ally through the chamber. Heating elements of nicrome wire are placed in the air path and are duly insulated from the body. The inner chamber is ribbed for placement of shelves at desired height. Full view inner glass door permits inspection of specimens, without disturbing the same, lock and key arrangement Is provided in the double walled outer door. Unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp inside the chamber. The temperature range from 5 degree c to 50 degree c is controlled by two EGO/JUMO German double action hydraulic capillary thermostat. Refrigeration unit is formed by Hermetically sealed ISI marked SHRIRAM make compressor and the cooling coils are distributed all round the chamber and lie in the air circulation path.
