Placing of Cap Feeder Outside Mono Block-avoid entering of dust in it. Drip trays under the conveyor. Sensor for No cap in chute- Machine Stops. Better finish – imported polished, laminated S.S. sheet used. Separate variator drive to control speed of conveyor. Electronic liquid level controller and pneumatically controlled control valve. Additional Sensor- provided on Cap Chute to avoid damage of caps during rotation.
