Zinc Sulphate Plant brief Process:
  • Testing of all raw materials for quality
  • Acidulation: mixing of zinc ash with metered quantity of acid with agitation
  • Filtration for carbon and ash from zinc sulphate solution
  • Crystallization by cooling
  • Centrifugation for removal of liquid
  • Packing in bags
  • Testing the product for quality
